About The Young Wrexham Website

If the answer is “yes” then this website has been designed for you, to give you better information about the activities, services and opportunities that are available for you in Wrexham.
The purpose of the website is to make sure that all young people living in Wrexham know about and receive their “entitlements”. The purpose of this website is to tell you about where you can access the support, services and activities you are entitled to receive.
It also includes a TRACK database which is full of things you can do and places you can go. This has been put together as part of the development of “14-19 Learning Pathways”.
Wrexham Young People’s Partnership has developed this website with a lot of help from young people in Wrexham, working with INFO, part of Wrexham Youth Service, and funding from the European Social Fund through the Welsh Assembly Government.
