You Need a Voice, We Need a Name

Wrexham Council and AVOW (Association of Voluntary Organisations) in Wrexham have been working with a group of young people to launch a forum to get young people's views and opinions heard.

We want this group to number around sixty young people who will represent young people in Wrexham, get their voices heard and become involved in their community. This will make sure that Wrexham meets Article 12 of the UNCRC (United Nations Convention on the Rights of The Child).

The topics of the meetings will be decided by young people and can be about absolutely anything that affects young people in Wrexham some of which might include transport, schools or the environment.

Before the wheels are set in motion, the first thing that we need is the name for this group. It is temporarily being called Senedd Yr Ifanc and we have other suggestions however we are still looking for names.

If you have any suggestions then please enter the details below and your name will be put forward into a draw to win free cinema tickets at Odeon, free tenpin bowling and free meals at Nando's.

The suggested names will then be entered into a voting poll.
