You will get more out of life if you're fit and healthy - this means eating a good balance of foods and taking regular exercise - and great news! - it's never too late or early to start.
Exercise is important – it’s good for the brain as well as the body. If you’re keen on sports then there is everything from golf to tennis to football to martial arts to horse riding and lots more. If you don’t enjoy sports, then just go for a quick walk every day, or a bike ride – make it part of your daily routine. If you need an incentive – go on a sponsored walk and raise money for a good cause.
