Smoking and alcohol are legal drugs but can cause serious damage to health, from gum disease and loss of teeth to terminal illness and death. If you want to stop smoking or are concerned about the amount of alcohol that you are drinking, help is available.

Want to give up smoking
Specialists from The Wales Smoking Cessation Service are here to support young people in helping you quit.
They offer the service in a variety of settings e.g. INFO Shop, Yale College, local high schools, and also provide this service in youth centres in the local area. Training is also provided for people who wish to help young people stop smoking.
