- Being in Care
- Support Services
- Arguments
- Bereavement (when someone close to you has died)
- Bullying
- Friends
- Sexuality
- Families
- Love & Sex
- Abusive Relationships
- Pregnancy
There are times when some people just get on your nerves. There are times when you like someone, but aren’t sure if they like you. There are times when you think your parents come from a different planet. That’s life.
But there are other times when things are more serious. You are confused and worried and it's making life difficult. Don’t worry because help is out there. Don’t think your problem is too trivial, or that no one will understand. Check out these web sites or call a helpline. There are people waiting to give you the help you need to get through the difficult times.

Keeping Safe - Child Protection
You have a right to be safe and free from the fear of being hurt or abused in any way.
This is one of your 10 entitlements.
If you or someone you know, like a friend or someone else in your family, is being hurt or abused you can get help to make it stop. Go to Advice to Children and Young People.
If an adult at home is being hurt you can talk to any of the people mentioned on the advice page. Or else you can look at Wrexham council's domestic violence page which gives advice for anyone involved in domestic violence.
You can also talk to someone in confidence at Childline or Samaritans.
