
Recently there has been a lot of press coverage around suicide, if you feel you have been affected by this, it is important that you find someone you feel you can trust to talk to. This could be someone in your family, your doctor, teacher, school nurse, college counsellor or youth worker. Alternatively, you may find it easier to talk to someone on the phone, there are national helplines available, and a couple are listed below:
